Derek Harbottle

Derek Harbottle has been appointed as Chair of the Audit Committee and will lead on Corporate Governance.

Derek is also a member of the Governance and Risk Management Committee. He represents the Board on the North Gloucester patch team.


Mark Hendry

Mark is a member of the Complaints Management Group and Charitable Funds Committee. He is the lead for Patient Environment Action Team (PEAT) and Patient Safety. Mark represents the Board on the North Forest patch team.

Frederick Simpson

Fred is Vice Chair of the Board. Fred is also the lead for the Clinical Governance, Chair to the Integrated Governance Committee and Support Panel for GPs and Medicines Management He represents the Board on Newent/Staunton & Central Gloucester Patch teams.

Ahmed Bham

Ahmed is Chair of Gloucestershire Inter Faith Action, a Community Representative for the Race Equality Forum and Executive Trustee of Gloucestershire Muslim Welfare Association.

Ahmed's lead roles are Race Equality and Diversity and Voluntary Sector Grants, he is also a member of the Audit Committee. He represents the Board on the South West Gloucestershire patch team.


Anny Reid

Anny is a Public Representative for the PCT's South Forest Patch Team, which aims to support the involvement of staff and service users in making decisions about developing health services to meet the specific needs of the local community. Anny is also a member of the Audit Committee and is a Lay Champion for Older People.
