• As part of a discussion meeting relating to a patient who had requested an Independent Review Panel (which had been rejected by the Convenor) and random patient surveys regarding GP surgery consultations. The patient surggested that the survey forms should not be handed out by receptionists but should be randomly selected electronically and the Convenor agreed to take this suggestion forward.
