Requesting an Independent Review
If you remain unhappy at the end of the Local Resolution stage, you may request that an Independent Review Panel looks into your complain. You must do this within 56 days of the conclusion of the Local Resolution stage, by writing to the Healthcare Commission, as follows, stating clearly your reasons why your complaint remains unsatisfactorily resolved.
