Re-use of Information
The majority of material available through this
Publication Scheme can be re-used free of charge as long as the PCT’s
copyright is adhered to (quote the document title and acknowledge that
it was published by this organisation and remains our copyright).
Re-use approval
Re-use approval is needed when:
- material
in the publication scheme is indicated as needing ‘re-use
approval’
- you wish to re-use unpublished information accessed under the Freedom of Information Act 2000
You will need to request to ‘re-use’ the information and a licence will be issued explaining the terms, conditions and charges for re-use. Re-use includes the following – copying, adapting, developing, adding value, broadcasting and commercially exploiting. Click here if you would like to see an example licence.
Please write to or email the Information Manager stating what documents you wish to re-use and the purpose (s) for which you wish to re-use the information .
Please give your name and address so we can respond within 20 working days of receiving your request with any conditions and charges that relate to the re-use of the information. These will be determined in line with the ‘Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2005’ (SI 2005 No. 1515).
