The South West patch covers the areas of Quedgeley, Tuffley, Podsmead and Linden and has a practice population of 32,600.
The area is served by Pavilion, St James, Rosebank, Severnvale and Quedgeley GP surgeries.
To help the PCT better understand the priorities of the local community and to respond to their health needs, the South West Gloucester Patch Team has been formed, involving front-line health and social services staff and local people in local decision-making about local health services.
